R.H. Blanchard Contract & Design

About

R.H. Blanchard is a small, boutique property management team based in Chelsea, serving Chelsea and the Greater Boston area since 2006. We handle every aspect of rental operations, including tenant screening, leasing, rent collection, maintenance, inspections, and reporting, with an in-house maintenance team so repairs don't wait on a third-party vendor's schedule. We manage single-family homes, multi-family homes, condominiums, apartments, townhouses, and vacation and short-term rentals, a property type most local management companies don't take on. Rooted in general contracting, we're the same people who answer your emails and walk your property, a partner, not a call center.
